I've been in the chemical industry for (almost!) 30 years and currently own and operate Admiral Chemicals, a fine chemical manufacturing and distribution company. Prior to 2023, I spent 26 years at Sigma-Aldrich/MilliporeSigma in various roles including strategy development, commercial sales, business development, operations management, and a evan few years in the lab as a bench chemist way back in the day. I have a BS in Chemistry (UWSP), and MS in Inorganic Chemistry (Northwestern) and Executive MBA (Marquette).
I've been married to my awesome wife, Shelley, for 31 years, and have 3 sons (Evan, Luke, and Ben) who I am very, very proud of as they have matured into adulthood. When not running my companies, I enjoy playing basketball, hiking, and golf, traveling the globe, refereeing soccer games, making barbeque sauces and cocktail bitters, listening to podcasts, and seeking "what's next".
